KRIGLER products may be exchanged within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandize. A store credit will be issued if you do not wish another creation then. NO REFUND is possible. For an exchange, the product must be unopened, sealed. It cannot be used, not even a little. And must be in saleable condition. To exchange a KRIGLER product, please follow the instructions below:
– Email our Customer Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number.
– The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition. And UNOPENED.
All shipping cost is paid by customer.
You may also exchange your product at a local KRIGLER store.
KRIGLER will do its best to process your exchange as quickly as possible, within 10-14 days from receiving the product back to us. You must provide an invoice on all exchanges/returns.
